酸处理秸秆生产乙醇过程中解毒方法的比较

以糖浓度、乙醇浓度和乙醇产率为指标,比较了水洗、ca(OH)2过量、加大酿酒酵母接种量三种方法在以酸处理秸秆为原料发酵生产乙醇过程中的解毒效果.结果表明,水洗法和Ca(OH)2法都可以解除抑制物对纤维素酶和酵母的抑制作用,但是这两种方法的最大乙醇产率仅分别是理论产率的57.5%和74.2%,这是因为在解毒过程中,这两种解毒方法造成了原料损失.加大酵母接种量法(10 g/L)既能通过细胞的代谢作用解除抑制物对纤维素酶的抑制,又保留了部分细胞的活性,在SSF(simultaneus saccharification and fermentation)工艺中,发酵16 h,乙醇产率达到理论产率的95.8%.
