Biophysics Reports is a new international open-access journal to be launched in 2015. Biophysics Reports will offer a worldwide forum for publishing novel theories， methods， protocols and significant improvements on basic research techniques in multidisciplinary areas of the biological and biomedical sciences.
The journal welcomes submissions reporting on methods and/or techniques including but not limited to those used in: biophysics， cell biology， immunology， membrane biology， redox biology， photobiology， neurobiology， oncology， biochemistry， biomechanics and mechanobiology， structural biology， molecular imaging， electron microscopy， computational biology， bioinformatics， nano biomedicine， genetics， model organisms， protein science， developmental biology， and omics. The submission of research articles including data based on specific methods or techniques are also encouraged. The article types include: methods， protocols， original articles， reviews/mini-reviews， puncta， etc.
As the official journal of the Biophysical Society of China， Biophysics Reports ensures an unbiased and expedient peer-reviewing process and offers open access publishing. The article-processing charges for this journal are kindly sponsored by the Biophysical Society of China and the Institute of Biophysics， CAS. As such， authors can publish in the journal without any additional charges.
Biomedical and Environmental Sciences （BES） is an international English scientific periodical jointly established by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention （China CDC） and the Coulston International Corporation （CIC）， USA in 1988， which is published bimonthly and distributed both in China and abroad. The editorial office is based in the headquarters of China CDC.
BES publishes research papers submitted from China and other countries in the areas of biomedical and environmental sciences， which cover public health virology， microbiology， epidemiology， parasitology， nutrition， toxicology， pharmacology， environmental health， chemistry， biological and toxicological effects of hazardous substances including environmental pollutants， food additives， pesticides and industrial chemicals as well as methodological research， including chemical， biochemical， pathological and immunological methods. Experimental studies on natural and synthetic pollutants of the distribution， metabolic characteristics， and their impact on human health are also included. Research on preventive medicine and public health are also welcomed.
Our Journal has joined the famous researching system， such as SCI， CA etc. We also got the sustentation fund of National Natural Foundation of China in 1999.
To meet the needs of national information development and widen authors academic exchange channel， we declare that the journal， Biomedical and Environmental Sciences， has joined the Net. The author’s copyright using fee will be paid off in a lump sum. If an author doesn’t agree to involve his article in the databases， please make a declaration on the time of his contribution for our appropriate processing.

Asian Herpetological Research （AHR） is a quarterly publication established in 2010. Historically， AHR started as the journal Acta Herpetologica Sinica （in Chinese）which the Chengdu Institute of Biology， Chinese Academy of Sciences （CIB） began publishing in China in 1977， and ceased publishing in 1988. In 1990， Acta Herpetologica Sinica was named as Chinese Herpetological Research （in English）， and then was published by the Museum of Vertebrate Zoology， University of California at Berkeley， USA， as an international journal for the Chinese Society for the Study of Amphibians and Reptiles （CSSAR）. In 1990–2008， the journal was renamed Asiatic Herpetological Research and published by the Asiatic Herpetological Research Society （AHRS） and CSSAR at the same Museum， with the last issue being Volume 11 published by CIB and AHRS also in USA.
AHR is now published by CIB and Science Press in China in cooperation with AHRS， and has an international Editorial Board consisting of specialists from many countries around the world.
